By accessing and using Boundless Onramp ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Service Description

Boundless Onramp provides network configuration migration services, including:

  • •Analysis of Cisco Catalyst network configurations
  • •Security assessment and best practice recommendations
  • •Generation of Meraki-compatible configuration templates
  • •Migration planning and execution tools (for registered users)

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • ×Upload malicious, harmful, or unauthorized network configurations
  • ×Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
  • ×Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • ×Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • ×Transmit any worms, viruses, or destructive code

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times.

You are responsible for:

  • •Safeguarding your password and API keys
  • •All activities that occur under your account
  • •Notifying us immediately of any breach of security

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Boundless Onramp and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your network configuration data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your configurations solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. You use the Service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boundless Onramp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
